Drawings are held once per home stand — typically at a designated game during that stand. Jackpot totals build throughout the stand and are drawn live on the field.

🕐 How long are raffle tickets available?

Tickets are available before, during, and between games throughout the season. Sales start after the previous drawing and remain open until the cutoff before the next live drawing.

💻 How do digital tickets work?

All tickets are digital — no paper tickets are issued. You can:

• Purchase online anytime

• Scan a QR code at the stadium to access the purchase page

• View your ticket details digitally after purchase

There is no physical ticket to present; winners are verified by the information provided during purchase.

💰 How is the jackpot split?

The total jackpot is split 50/50:

• 50% to the lucky winner

• 50% to the Canaries Community Fund

Half supports local causes and nonprofits approved by the Canaries Community Fund.

🏆 Do I need to be at the game to win?

No. You do not need to be present at the game to win. Winners are notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. If you are present when you win you win extra prizes!

📣 When and how is the winner announced?

The winning number is drawn live during the designated game of the home stand. After the drawing, the winning number and instructions are posted on the site and winners are contacted directly.

Yes — as long as the ticket purchaser meets the eligibility requirements and provides accurate contact information for notification.
